SIMON – Managing Director 

As owner operator, Simon has a broad knowledge of selling and servicing office equipment, with over 27 years of experience. He has worked with a number of products and brands. Starting his career in Sydney and later moving to Mackay in 1990, working as a service technician. 

Having purchased Shanks Business machines with Allison in 1992, has built the business up to what you see today with a new company face and name of Statuspro. Simon believes in providing the ideal machine for our client’s needs and ensuring that the after sales support and service is provided at the highest possible standard. He does so by ensuring his team has ongoing training and goal setting tasks at weekly meetings. This ensures a dynamic approach to continually improving the performance of the business.

 


          ALLISON - Digital Sales Consultant

Allison is part of our vibrant sales team. She has been part of Statuspro since purchasing “Shanks” with Simon back in 1992. As she has helped build the business over the last 23 years, Allison has a very good knowledge and interest in our client base. Her vision is that we maintain a strong working relationship with all our clients we service. Allison is also our Safety Officer and ensures team members adhere to the safety guidelines.

    

 



GLENDA – Financial Administrator 

Glenda has been dealing with figures since 1976, so therefore takes very good care of all Statuspro financials. Glenda handles all our debtors and creditors, bill payments and financial reports. Having worked within the business for 10 years Glenda can also help you with a number of other areas that keep the office running smoothly.

 

 

 

 


          RANDALL – Service Manager

Randall runs our reliable service team. Having worked on office machines for over 17 years he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Working closely with Ricoh’s Technical Dept. and our support team. Randall Manages the logistics of all job requests daily within our workshop and out in the field. His priority is Keeping YOUR office equipment running smoothly and maximising uptime, and perhaps making suggestions to you and your staff on ways improve the efficiency of your business.

 

 



GREG – Senior Field Engineer

Greg is part of our dynamic service team. Having worked with the office equipment industry for 22 years, he continues to see business equipment change and evolve. He remembers working on manual type writers when he first began. Greg has also had experience in the computer industry and has developed many skills in the IT field. This gives Statuspro a high level of experience connecting equipment to advanced networks. Greg also has expertise in installing the large range of software solutions that Ricoh has to offer its clients.

 

 

 

 

 

RAINEE - Service Co-ordinator

Rainee recently joined the team part time and is now employed full time in the role of Service Coordinator. Rainee will liaise directly with customers to ensure that the business provides the optimum level of service to all existing and new customers. Her honest friendly approach is valued by Status Pro and maintains our culture of always doing what’s best for the customer.
